1/4 pound thawed frozen fish
1/4 cup fresh dill
3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp reduce calorie mayo
1 tbsp each pickle relish, lemon juice and
Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
1. In work bowl of food processor combine all
ingredients and process until smooth, about 1 min.,
scraping down sides of container as necessary.
Transfer mixture to small serving bowl; cover with
plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, stir well.
Yield: 4 servings, about 1/4 cup each
