Weight Watchers Sautéed Turkey with Toma

4 Turkey breast tenderloin steaks
1/8 teaspoon salt
Nonstick spray coating
1 shallot, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 thin tomato slices
1 tablespoon snipped basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, reduced fat
Recipe
Rinse turkey, pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle turkey with salt. Spray unheated large skillet with nonstick spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey, shallot, and garlic and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, turning once. Place a tomato slice on each tenderloin in the skillet, sprinkle basil and shredded cheese over tomatoes. Cover skillet and heat about 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
