Weight Watchers Seasoned Sage Pork Chops
Weight Watcher Points - 4 Points
1 pound lean pork tenderloin (cut into 1-inch slices)
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 small onion (sliced and separated into rings)
2 apples (cored and cut into thin wedges)
Recipe
Rub sage onto both sides of slices. Place slices in a large skillet
sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes
on one side. Turn and add onion and apples. Cook 7 minutes more or
until slices are thoroughly cooked.
