    Weight Watcher Points - 1 Point

    1 package (16 ounce) BIRDS EYE Farm Fresh Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

    Recipe



    In saucepan, combine vegetables, water, butter, sesame oil and salt.
    Cook according to package directions.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Serve hot as a side dish.
