    Weight Watcher Points – 2 Points

    2 (15.25 ounce) cans corn, drained
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    non-fat butter spray

    Recipe



    Spray nonstick skillet with butter spray. Saute pepper and onions in butter spray until soft. Add corn and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
