2 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons skim milk
Recipe
Trim celery stalks and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
Beat cheese and milk in a small bowl until smooth and fluffy.
Fill celery pieces with mixture using a small spoon or spatula.
Yield: 6 servings
