    Weight Watcher Points - 6 Points

    Marinade
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon McCormick Thai Seasoning
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    Recipe



    Peanut Sauce:
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large self-closing plastic bag or shallow dish. Cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Add to marinade. Refrigerate 3 or more hours. Remove chicken; discard marinade. Thread chicken on skewers. Broil 4 minutes per side. Meanwhile, combine peanut sauce ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring frequently with a whisk. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes. Server warm on chicken skewers.
