Shrimp or Chicken Biscuits

List of Ingredients
3 pkgs. Crescent rolls (24)
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Slivered almonds
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well-drained
For Shrimp Biscuits add:
1 can shrimp, drained
1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
For Chicken Biscuits add:
Chicken, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Recipe
Spray muffin pans with Pam.
Place and flatten Crescent rolls inside muffin cups.
Mix together the chicken or shrimp, broccoli and soup.
Fill the muffin cups about 3/4 full with this mixture.
Then sprinkle the crushed potato chips over the mixture.
Top with grated cheese and almonds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
