Pumpkin Pie

List of Ingredients
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 16 oz. can pumpkin (plain)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
1 Tb. molasses
1 9" unbaked pie crustRecipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine filling ingredients in order given.
Beat well until completely blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and
bake an additional 45 minutes
(or until knife inserted near center comes out clean).
Cool. Garnish with whipped cream.
