The BEST Potato Salad, in my view!
List of Ingredients
5 or 6 large potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaiseRecipe
Cook potatoes, in skins, until tender but still firm,
about 15 minutes.
Drain. Cool completely in fridge.
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Add mayonnaise, red onion, celery salt,
salt and pepper and toss gently.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings
