    2/3 cup cocoa
    3 cups sugar
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups milk
    4 1/2 tbsp. butter
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa with sugar and salt. Add milk; boil, stirring. Cook to 232* (softball). Remove from heat, add butter. Cool to lukewarm (110*); add vanilla, beat until thickens. Pour into buttered pan.
    1 cup pecans may be added.
