    1 pkg lemon Jell-o
    1 cup boiling water
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 can evaporated milk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    juice of 2 lemons
    3 oz cottage cheese
    graham cracker crust

    Recipe



    Make crust of 15 graham crackers in oblong pan. Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water; add sugar and cold water. Chill until syrupy and whip. Chill evaporated milk and whip. Add lemon rind and juice to whipped Jell-o. Fold into whipped milk. Add cottage cheese. Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle some crumbs on top; chill.
