Recipe Introduction
This is one of my family's favorites, and I don't remember whether Mother gave it to me or I gave it to her.
List of Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup butter
Filling:
1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 can (13 oz.) evap. Milk
1/2 tsp ginger
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp gr. cloves
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp flour
Recipe
Oven: 375F Grease & flour 13x9x2" pan.
Combine first 3 ingredients; cut butter in with pastry blender.
Press in pan. Bake 12-15 min. @375. Reduce to 350.
Beat filling at low speed for 3 min. Pour over baked crust.
Bake 25 min. Mix topping with fork. Sprinkle on top. Bake
30 min. until deep golden.
