    8 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    3/4 lb sharp tangy cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp salt
    Dash each: cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Alternate layers of bread & cheese in greased casserole (6 x 9). Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire and pour over bread. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350.
    Serves 6.
