    1 can crabmeat ½ tsp salt
    1 cup sour cream ¼ tsp nutmeg
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 tbsp minced onion
    1 cup tomato sauce 1 tsp msg
    1 10-oz pkg frozen spinach, cooked

    Recipe



    Grease 1 ½-qt pan; put in cooked spinach; sprinkle with ½ tsp msg and mix. In another bowl mix other ingredients and put on top of spinach. Cook 25 minutes at 350°.
