5# course ground pork butt
2 Tbls. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Marjoram
3 cloves garlic, pressed fine
1 Cup COLD waterRecipe
Combine all ingredients and MIX WELL.
Stuff into hog casings.
Cook, partially covered for 1 1/2 hrs, simmering
