    CAKE:

    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. nuts

    FROSTING:

    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chocolate chips



    Recipe



    CAKE: Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in syrup, then eggs, one at a time. Beat in flour gradually, fold in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a greased pan. Slightly gooey when done.

    FROSTING: In saucepan combine butter, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips until they are completely melted. This frosting is runny. Pour over brownie cake and let set.
