    Butterscotch Banana Cake

    Melt 1 1/3 c. butterscotch chips

    In a large bowl mix:

    1 yellow cake mix
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. or 2 med. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. veg. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Stir 2 c. butter into melted chips. Alternately spoon batters into 10 c. bundt or round tube pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 20 minutes, invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Melt remaining chips and drizzle over cake.
