Mexican Casserole

2 lb. hamburger
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 cans ranch-style or chili hot beans
1 onion
Recipe
Brown meat and onion in skillet. Mix together in
saucepan, the beans, Ro-Tel and cream of chicken soup; heat. Add meat and onion; let heat a few minutes. Cover bottom of casserole dish with layer of tortillas, then layer of meat mixture, until dish is full. Cover with strips of cheese and let it heat in oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melts
