    1 (1cup) serving @ 1 pt
    Fat Free Whip Cream

    List of Ingredients




    1 package sugar-free instant orange flavored jell-o
    1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding MIX
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    12oz Fat Free Cool Whip (soften)
    1 cup BOILING water
    1 cup COLD water

    Recipe



    Dissolve jell-o in 1 cup BOILING water

    Add 1 cup of COLD water, let stand 5 minutes

    With a mixer, blend in the pudding mix. Stir in oranges.

    Fold in cool whip.

    Refrigerate min. 2 hours
