The points are configured using the original WW points system. In addition points can change depending on brand of BBQ sauce. The above points were calculated using egg beaters in the cornbread mixture.
List of Ingredients
1-1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (15oz) can red beans, drained
1 (8oz) can hunts tomato sauce
1/2 cup hunts Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 Jiffy cornbread mix

Preheat oven to 375°.
Dice chicken into 3/4-inch cubes. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat, add chicken and cook until no longer pink
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, bell pepper and BBQ sauce and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
While chicken mixture is simmering, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.
Pour chicken mixture into a 8-inch baking dish and spoon cornbread on top and spread as best as you can.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cornbread layer comes out clean.
