It stays very moist. List of Ingredients 1 3/4 cup flour 2 cups sugar 3/4 cupc cocoa 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup boiling water Instructions Combine dry ingrediants in large bowl. Add remaining ingrediants except boiling water. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on rack. Cool completely before frosting. Final Comments I like to use fluffy white mountain frosting with this cake. However, any frosting you like will work.
