Baby Bear's Porridge

List of Ingredients
2 cups cold water
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp. (slightly heaping) salt
1/4 cup raisins
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)Recipe
In a small sauce pan, combine water, oats, salt, raisins and milk. Stir to combine.
Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Stirring occaisionally.
When mixture begins to thicken, stir in cinnamon.
Once mixture boils, reduce heat to medium and cook a further 2 to 4 minutes or until porridge reaches desired thickness.
NOTE: if porridge gets too thick, add a bit of hot water.
if porridge is too salty, add a bit of milk.
