French Toast
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 slices of bread
Preheat griddle to high temperature.
In a wide mouth bowl, combine eggs, salt, milk and vanilla. Beat with a wisk until well blended.
Dip bread in egg mixture; turning once and allowing a few seconds to absorb mixture slightly.
Brown well and each side. Serve hot.
