Chicken Fingers II

3 chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. white pepperRecipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine beaten egg and milk.
In a pie plate combine remaining ingredients, except chicken.
Pour about 1 Tbsp. of oil in baking pan and spread around with your fingers.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture and then in crumb mixture to coat.
Place chicken pieces in pan. Pour a bit of oil in a small cup and dab chicken pieces with the oil on your fingers to coat tops.
Bake for 15 minutes.
NOTE: You may also cook the chicken breasts whole for 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
