List of Ingredients
2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. package of chocolate chips
1 small package Raspberry JelloRecipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips and dry Jello mix. Cover cookie sheet with brown paper or aluminum foil. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Put in oven, close door, and turn off heat. Let kisses remain in oven until oven cools to room temperature or about 3 hours.
