Enchilada Pie

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can pinto beans
2 cans diced chilis
1 dozen corn tortillas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. longhorn cheese (shredded)
2 diced jalapenos to add heat (optional)
Texas Pete sauce to add heat (optional)Recipe
Brown meat and onions, drain. Add soups, sauce, beans, and chilis. In greased baking dish layer tortillas, 1/2 meat mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers, tortillas, meat, and cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
