    List of Ingredients




    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    Green onion tops (I use 1 vadallia onion)
    Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 or 4 tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic

    Recipe



    Pound chicken breast flat. Place small amount of shredded cheese and onion in center. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Melt butter; add Worcestershire and garlic. Mix crumbs with parsley, salt and pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken rolls in butter sauce and roll in crumbs, Pour remaining butter over chicken. Place in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
