Sweet and Sour Vegetable Salad

List of Ingredients
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sugar
1 can french cut green beans, drained
1 can Leseur peas, drained
2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar pimintos
Recipe
On stove top, cooked first 5 ingredients until boiling, stirring often. Let cool completely. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well. Serve cold.
