16 oz. Broccoli Slaw
2 pkgs. Roman oriental noodles with seasoning
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. canola oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 bunches spring onions
Recipe
Mix seasoning, oil, sugar, and vinegar. (Can let chill or stand for 2 hours.) Toast almonds and breakup and toast Roman nooddles on 325 degrees until browned. Mix slaw, sunflower seeds, noodles, and almonds into a mixture. wait until serving to toss with dressing because noodles will soften over time.
