• 1/2 cup Shortening
  
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  
• 1/2 cup Honey
  
• 1 beaten egg
  
• 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  
• 2 cups Flour
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
  






Instructions



1. Cream the shortening then add brown sugar and cream some more
   
   
2. then add honey, egg, and Peanut butter and mix all together
   
   
3. then add in flour, salt, and baking soda and mix well
   
   
4. lastly roll into balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes
