Chocolate Eclair Cake

- 1 box braham crackers
- 1 tub chocolate icing (store bought)
- 2 small packages instant french vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tub cool whip
- 9 x 13 pan
Instructions
- Mix milk and pudding together until pudding becomes thick.
- Fold in cool whip
- In the 9 x 13 pan, spread a single layer of graham crackers
- Pour about 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers
- Add another layer of graham crackers
- Pour the remaining pudding on top of the graham crackers.
- Add the last layer of graham crackers.
- Remove the list and foil from the chocolate icing and microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the chocolate icing on top of the pudding/graham cracker mixture.
- Refrigerate at least a few hours before eating....overnight if you can wait that long. This allows the graham crackers to become soft.
