    Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

    This is one of my favoite things to take to a party.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. cream cheese--softened
    • 4 oz. chipped beef (i used dried beef, chopped finely)
    • 2 green onions


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients-reserving 1/2 of the chipped beef.
    2. Shape into a ball.

    3. Roll in remaining chipped beef.
    4. Refridgerate until firm.
