    Hot Artichocke Spinach Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped or artichocke salad
    • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup of sour cream
    • 5 oz. frozen spinach, drained and chopped
    • 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
    • 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 tsp of roasted garlic, minced (see note below)
    • Chopped tomatoes (optional)
    • Parsely (for garnish)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients until throughly mixed. Put into a baking dish.
    2. Bake for 22 minutes at 375 degrees, until slightly brown.
    3. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, parsely, and additional parmesan cheese (optional)


    Final Comments


    Since roasting garlic takes too long, I just use regular (raw) garlic.
