Couscous is a very small pasta. This is the best use I have found for couscous.
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup couscous
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 4 oz. feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- basil
Instructions
- Cook couscous according to directions with salt and pepper in water. Drain.
- Mix with vegetables, cheese, and basil to taste.
