    Couscous is a very small pasta. This is the best use I have found for couscous.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup couscous
    • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
    • 1 small zucchini, sliced
    • 4 oz. feta cheese
    • salt and pepper
    • basil


    Instructions


    1. Cook couscous according to directions with salt and pepper in water. Drain.
    2. Mix with vegetables, cheese, and basil to taste.
