    3 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    1 bottle (375 milliliters) champagne

    Recipe



    Place watermelon and sugar in a blender and process until smooth. Half fill eight Champagne flutes with the watermelon mixture. Slowly pour the Champagne into each flute to fill it. Serve at once.

    Makes 8 servings.
