Incredibly easy peanut butter cookies

This is great for the holidays or a last minute "contribution" to a pot luck or other meeting.
List of Ingredients
2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. chocolate "kisses" (optional)Recipe
In large bowl, cream together peanut butter, sugar, and eggs until dough is formed. Roll 1 inch balls and put on cookie sheet. Press balls to 1/2 inch thick and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375. Cookies will be very soft when removed. Leave them on cookie sheet for 15 minutes to firm up and if you wish, place a chocolate kiss in the center of each before they firm up.
