    This easy quiche is even better reheated the next day!

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. chopped ham, precooked
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion, sauted
    1 c. sliced mushrooms, sauted
    1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 T. cooking oil
    1/2 t. salt
    3/4 t. pepper
    pinch nutmeg (optional)
    3/4 c. "all-purpose baking mix", such as Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400. Grease a large,deep pie/quiche plate. Saute onion and mushrooms in oil. Put ham, sauted vegetables, broccoli and cheese in pie plate and set aside.
    "Whisk" eggs in blender on low speed for 1 minute. Slowly add milk and blend for another minute. Slowly add powdered baking mix, salt, pepper, and nutmeg a little at a time, and blend for another 30 seconds. Pour mixture into pie plate and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
