This tangy condiment works well with broiled chops, roast beef or pork, game hens, and even turkey and chicken.

2 c. cranberries
2 oranges
2 red apples
2 c. sugar
Recipe
Wash cranberries, discarding any soft berries and stems. Peel the oranges (remove a thin layer of the yellow skin only from one of them and discard the white inner rind).
Quarter and core the apples.
Put the cranberries, orange pulp, half the rind from the one orange (or more to taste), and apples through a food chopper, using the medium blade. Don't drain the juices. Mix sugar with the chopped fruits and juices. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
