    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups Barilla gluten-free elbow macaroni
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream


    Instructions


    1. Add macaroni, water, butter, and salt to Instant Pot.
    2. Secure lid, close the pressure valve and cook for 4 minutes at high pressure.
    3. Quick release pressure as soon as the time is up, then immediately stir in the cheese and heavy cream.
    4. Garnish as desired. Serve.
