- 2 cups Barilla gluten-free elbow macaroni
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Add macaroni, water, butter, and salt to Instant Pot.
- Secure lid, close the pressure valve and cook for 4 minutes at high pressure.
- Quick release pressure as soon as the time is up, then immediately stir in the cheese and heavy cream.
- Garnish as desired. Serve.
