Baked Peach Pancakes/Honey Butter Syrup

List of Ingredients
1/4 C butter
1 C Bisquick
3/4 C milk
4 eggs
2 medium peaches peeled and thinly sliced or 1-1/2 Cup canned or frozen sliced peaches
1/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
HONEY BUTTER SYRUP:
1/2 C honey
1/4 C butter
1/4 tesp cinnamon
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 degree. Place 2 tablespoons of butter in each of 2 pie plates. Heat in oven until melted.
Beat baking mix, milk and eggs in small bowl, using wire whisk or fork until smooth. Arrange half of the peach slices in each pie plate. Divide batter evenly between plates. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.
Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. serve with honey butter syrup.
SYRUP: heat all ingredients in microwave or over med. heat until hot
