    Impossible Cheesecake/sour cream topping

    3/4 C Milk
    2 tsp. Vanilla
    2 Eggs
    1 C Sugar
    1/2 C Bisquick baking mix
    2 packages 8 oz cream cheese cut into
    1/2 in cubes and softened


    Sour Cream Topping:

    1 C Sour cream
    2 tbsp Sugar
    2 tdp Vanilla/nut flavor



    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and baking mix in blender. Blend on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into plate and bake 40 - 45 minutes or until center is firm.

    When cool, spread Cheesecake topping carefully on top.

    CHEESE CAKE TOPPING:

    Mix sour cream, sugar and
    vanilla/nut flavor together.
