Peanut Butter Cookies

List of Ingredients

1 package of Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto an ungreased
cookie sheet.
Press a criss-cross on each cookie with
fork tongs that have been dipped in water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10- to 12 minutes until golden.
Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute,
then remove to rack to finish cooling.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
