List of Ingredients
- Step 1:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup butter
- Step 2:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 tbsp milk
- intstant pudding
- 2 cup confect. sugar
- Step 3:
- 6oz semisweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Step1:
Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla.
- Melt in saucepan (low heat) and add egg.
- Cook until mixture thickens (3min).
- Off heat, add graham cracker and coconut.
- Put mix into greased pan (level crust).
- Place in refrigerator (at least 30 min)
- Step2:
Cream (beat/soften)butter, add milk, vanilla pudding and mix in confect. sugar.
- Can add more milk if needed.
- Spread over crust and chill until firm.
- Step3:
Melt combo in double broiler.
- Cool, spread over pudding mix.
