Dried Fig, Brie and rosemary bites

List of Ingredients
- 8-12 large plump dried figs
- 2-3 oz Brie, cut into small pieces
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
- sea salt, to taste
- ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- If the figs are very dry, plump them in boiling water for 5-10minutes.
- Drain and cool them.
- Trim the stems and make a slit in the side of each fig.
- Push a piece of Brie into each fig.
- Place in a bowl and toss gently with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Serve at room temperature or heat in a 350 degree oven until warm and cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
