These meatballs are very good added to sauce or for any recipe using meatballs.





List of Ingredients



• 1 large onion, finely chopped
  
• 3 ribs celery, finely chopped
  
• Handful fresh Italian parsely, finely chopped or (2 tablespoond dry parsley)
  
• 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  
• 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  
• 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  
• 1/2 large loaf stale French bread
  
• 1 cup water
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
