My Brother Kelly
Recipe Introduction
One day it was my brothers day to cook for his family. He opened the refrigerator and began putting things togethere. This is what he came up with.
List of Ingredients
5 to 6 potatoes, peeled (can be more if you want more)
8 to 10 eggs, scrambled together
1 pkg. Polish Sausage, sliced
Recipe
Peel potatoes and slice potatoes. Place them in a electric skillet or a deep frying pan. Cook in oil like you were making fried potatoes. Let potatoes cook completely. Add sliced sausage. Heat thoroughly. Add scrambled egg mixture. Keep stiring to make sure eggs get cooked. Cook until eggs are completely done.
You can add mushrooms, green peppers, onions or whatever you like to the potatoes. You can serve it with salsa or ranch to top it with.
Very filling and good.
