Instructions
Stir together the oatmeal, brown sugar, salt.
Beat the egg, oil, vanilla. Mix the wet with the dry.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

Bake 8-10 minutes. If you use a greased cookie sheet, watch out for burnt edges. Smart and Final has parchment paper at a reasonable price, which will prevent burnt edges.
