Rich Roll-out Cookies

List of Ingredients

Cream together:
1 c. softened butter
2/3 c. sugar
Beat in:
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
Combine and add:
2&1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt

Chill dough 3-4 hrs. Roll out using as little flour as possible. Cut with assorted cutters.Bake on greased sheets at 350 for 8-10 min. Cool and decorate as desired. Yield depends on size of cutters.
