Mexican Fudge
List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz/. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Spray 8" casserole with PAM. Sprinkle jack cheese over bottom. Top with chilies then cheddar.
- Beat eggs and milk and pour over cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min. Cut into small squares.
Final Comments
I prefer the frozen Bueno chilies and use more than would be in a 4oz. can.
